Ahnala Mesquite Room
Ahnala is a contemporary Southwestern restaurant placing a special emphasis on Native American influences and engaging service. We feature a diverse array of in-house, chef-prepared dishes that will appeal to any style of dinner.

Set within the Radisson Fort McDowell Resort, this beautiful restaurant is designed to WOW the guest upon entering! An exquisite fireplace sits in the center of the room made with large stone columns and handmade glass tiles. Beautiful natural colors and wood credenzas line the walls along with ‘old world’ tapestries. To balance this, soft, supple fabrics are woven into the chairs and drape the windows to soften the dark, rich wood tables and chairs. Indirect sunlight filters through floor to ceiling windows creating a light and airy dining room. The cuisine in Ahnala has expertly captured both the boldness of a refined dining experience while keeping the softness of a friendly gathering place.

A spacious patio featuring open air ceiling fans and indigenous vegetation is an option for those seeking to be closer to nature. This patio is the perfect setting for a romantic dinner or to relax and escape from the day's challenges.

To promote artisanal food and cooking, the charcuterie, sausage, patisserie and ice cream are done by hand using European traditions, methods and recipes. We support many small local growers of vegetables, dairy farms, meat farmers and cheese makers, and take pleasure in bringing these products to you.
